Usage

I feel bad for giving a review as brief as this will be but I am unable to make heads or tails of how to use the program. All the code seems to run fine but there are almost no instructions on how to use it. After cloning the repo I attempted to run the manage.py file which was the only executable file present but was only given an error about a missing file. The documentation on this project is currently wholy inadequate to complete a review as I am unable to even accertain the method of function of the project. I would gladly redo this review given more verbose instrucions on how to use it as well as a sample .yaml file with which to test the program.
